Peplum dress. Gorgeous pinstriped detail with smocking and ribbon-tie at the back. It's supposed to be a normal tank-top strap, we completely forgot and tied it into a halter HAHAHA! Straps are adjustable, three button-holes.
Rock it out: Prep it out with some patterned tights (we're wondering where that went) and maryjanes. Add a bow brooch or some beaded bracelets and you're as good as quirky!
